Compact Design for Under Sink Installation
The Waterworks IC8 is designed to be installed in small spaces with adequate ventilation. Its compact size makes it ideal for installation under a kitchen sink, office kitchenette, staff room bench or similar location.
Because the unit is installed out of sight, it provides chilled drinking water without needing a large freestanding water cooler or bulky benchtop appliance.
Stainless Steel Chilling Tank & Waterways
The IC8 features a 1.9 litre fully insulated 304 stainless steel cold water tank. The internal waterways are stainless steel, helping provide long-term durability and clean water contact surfaces.
A removable drain plug and seal are included for servicing.

Refrigeration System
The IC8 uses a fan assisted static condenser refrigeration system with R134a refrigerant, which is non-toxic, non-flammable and non-ozone depleting. Refrigerant flow is controlled by a capillary tube with no moving parts, while the compressor is protected by an automatic overload and is lifetime lubricated and hermetically sealed.
Plumbing & Installation
Both inlet and outlet connections are recessed 1/4 inch stainless steel pipes, suitable for quick-connect fittings. The IC8 can be used with most inline water filtration systems and must be installed by a qualified professional in accordance with local plumbing requirements.
For correct installation, the unit must be installed with either a suitable vented tap or the required installation kit, including pressure control and safety components.
Important: Failure to install a certified Pressure Limiting Valve may void the warranty.
